The Center is open year-round and is closed in observance of national holidays. The hours of the Center are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Parents may select a part-time (two fixed days each week), full-time (3-5 fixed days each week), or flex-time schedule. Fees are set according to the age of the child and the program selected.

Emergency Closings: The Center will be closed in the event of serious weather conditions or other emergency when:
-The New York City Public Schools close
-If the public schools close early in the day a determination will be made regarding the status of the daycare
-In the event of an emergency directly affecting the daycare
At all other times, the Center will be open.
Parents should listen to Public Radio for school closing announcements. In the event the public schools are closed for vacation, or if the parents have any doubt about the center being open, they may phone The Presbyterian Hospital Security Department at 212.305.2222 for that information.
The center's telephone system does not permit an answering machine. Please do not call the center to see if we are open as the opening person may be clearing the sidewalks.
The center will be closed on two announced days to be announced for Staff Development.
Infants (2 - 24 months) $1,475.00
Toddlers (25 - 36 months) $1,370.00
Preschoolers (37 - 60 months) $1,320.00
Late evening care: The center closes promptly at 6:00 PM and does not have any late evening care. Parents picking children up past 6:00 PM will automatically be charged $40.00.
Parents arriving before 6:00 PM but remaining in the Center past 6:10 PM will be charged the late pick-up fee of $40.00. All parents are requested to wait in the lobby, not classroom after 6:00 PM.
Part Time: $805.00 monthly (2 fixed days a week)
Flex-Time Care: $105.00 for each day scheduled
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $175.00 is payable at the time of enrollment.
Application Fee: $30.00
Late Fee for tuition payment: Tuition paid later than three days will incur a $10.00 late fee.
A Security Deposit equal to one month's full-time tuition is required for each student The security deposit may be used as the last two weeks of child care service tuition.
Returned Checks: In the event of returned checks, parents will be requested to bring the tuition account up to date. In extreme cases, child care may be suspended until the tuition account has been brought up to date. A $10.00 bank service charge will be requested.
Payment: Tuition may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, personal check or money order.
Tuition is due at the beginning of each month, no later than by the 3rd. of each month. Parents may make other payment arrangements at the Office.
Written withdrawal notification is requested from parents 4 weeks in advance of their anticipated withdrawal date. Withdrawal during the months of May and June, regardless of written notification, will not relieve parents of the tuition obligation for these months. Flex-Time parents canceling a Center reservation less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the daily rate of $105.00. The fee must be paid before a child will be able to use the Flex-Time service again.
Admission is made without regard to race, color, sex, religion, creed, ethnic origin, or physical challenge. The Center and its Staff do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, ethnic origin, or physical challenge in the administration of The Center's policies.
The Director, the on-site manager of the Center, shall reserve the right to discontinue child care service where:
- a child has special needs that are not met by this center;
-there is a major disagreement between family and The Center regarding policies;
-there is a serious failure of communication between the family and The Center;
-there is discourteous or inappropriate treatment of staff.
