I am the sole author of the commercially available software program GB-STAT for the Macintosh (Mac & PPC), published by Dynamic Microsystems, and Director of Programming for the Windows versions of the same program.

I ported the original Visual Basic Windows version to the Mac and later did the port from Think to Codewarrior to develop the native Power Macintosh version. The current version is written in a mix of Pascal, C and C++. I authored the 256 page manual and I handle Internet and occasional telephone customer support for the products.

While at Ericsson I developed and implemented a multi-user computerized order processing system. I also computerized the customer support department which created a database of customer problems and their solutions which could be accessed by everyone in the company through a LAN.
